My grandmother had a kitchenaide, and I remember her just running around the kitchen while it spun around. It was my job to scrape the bowl every few minutes. I have always wanted one of these!
I treasure teh memory of making tons of sugar cookies with my mom and brother for Christmas. From the cookie cutting catastrophes to the droopy icing - it was one of the best times we had!
The obvious is I LOVE to bake. I do everything by hand when I bake and cook. My husband and I are both full time college students ( premed :D ) on a limited budget and that budget dose not have room for a nice mixer :( So it would be AMAZING if I won one!!
My mom had a KitchenAid long before I was around, but her sister stole it and Mom hasn't seen it since. I can't afford to get her one for Mother's day, but if I can't win one, I'll make payments on one some day! :)
my most memoralbe time in the kitchen is when my kids are all in there with me and we are doing everything together and things get dropped spilled whatever and everyone is covered with flour, egg goo, whatever it happens to be we are all making those are all very cherished memories...
Oh I hope I win! I want to give this mixer to my mama! One of my most memorable baking experiences was at Christmas time when my sister and her four girls, mom and I baked cookies all day! It was a lot of fun!
One treasured baking memory would be baking with my mom when I was a little girl. She would always let me and my sisters lick the mixing spoons and they always tasted so delicious!
I used to make food with my older children when they were small. One year we made cookies at Christmas time we used cookie cutters and all decorated cookies, Their cookies were so cute and we enjoyed them.
My 6yr old daughter and I both LOVE to bake, I have to say my favorite experience baking with her was just a few weeks ago when she put all the ingredients in the bowl and mixed them to PERFECTION while I nursed her baby brother, I came back into the kitchen to find very smooth cupcake batter... much smoother then I have ever been able to get mine and all she had was a spoon and bowl! :) <3
A memorable moment for me when it came to cooking was with my children. One is when my three children and I were making sugar cookies. They were having so much fun rolling out the cookie dough and using the cookie cutters. Another on is with my youngest. That boy is on;y a year old, but he is a big help when I am in the kitchen cooking. He's always there to hand me the food, put things away, stir, and so on. I can say right now that little boy is going to be my little chef :)
My favorite cooking memory involves holiday cooking. It's a time to be with family and enjoy the season. Cooking with my mom, grandma, aunts and cousins are my favorite memories. I can't wait to add more by cooking with my daughter.
I remember the first time my grandmother and mom taught me how to make bread in the same antique bowl that they learned to and that my great and great great grandmas had learned as well! Very special!!
When I was a child almost everyday my mom would cook with us. But Sunday was extra special. We would make homemade breakfast for dinner, then follow it with homemade chocolate chip cookies. she used the same kitchen aid for over 30 years
My grandma has a really old kitchen aid mixer and I loved going over to her place and baking cookies and getting to use the big kitchen aid stand mixer. I loved doing this and I want to make the same memories with my kids and making cookies with a kitchen aid stand mixer!
We cook alot in our house it's just not me, this Kitchen aid would help us out alot, when stirring and trying to get all the lumps out of things your hand and arm gets so tired.
Thanks for the chance Kristie Betts Momsfreebies17@yahoo.com
