Ingredients:
2&3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup soft butter
(2sticks)
1&1/2 cups white
sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven 375.
Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl add egg and vanilla. Mix well. In large
bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add creamed
mixture to flour mixture. Mill well. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking
sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min.

These look wonderful! I wish I could bake...anything! But we're amongst those without power since last Friday :-( It truly stinks, especially since temps outside have been around 100* every day. I'll file this recipe away for later though!
