A Backup Pair of Glasses

The first time I heard about GlassesUSA.com is when a friend introduced them in a post. I visited the site and had a look at all the options and I was surprised at the large selection they had available. I am seriously taking into consideration buying a backup pair for Grandpa from them.
I had not really thought about buying eyeglasses on line before that but, with the cost of gas and the distance we need to drive into town just adds up over time. Grandpas job is rough on his glasses to say the least. This last year we had to take them in to be repaired twice. The turn around time is a least a week.
I believe a weeks turnaround might not seem bad but with out glasses Grandpa can not drive or work. He does have a pair of prescription safety glasses for work but he would rather not wear them out of the work place. I also wear glasses and with our grand-babies loving to grab at my glasses I am worried they will bend or break the frames. So, the solution would be to have a backup pair for each of us.
I want our second pair to be cheap glasses but not sacrifice quality and style. This is where GlassesUSA comes in. Their glass are stylish, affordable and come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. What is not to like about that?
Now, all I have left to do is select a pair of eyeglasses frames that Grandpa will be happy with. Their selection is incredible so I may take a while to choose the right pair and then he has to agree on them. That is the hard part as Grandpa is very picky.

  2. I wear glasses! A few years ago my granddaughter threw a ball and it hit my glasses and they were never the same again! I wish I could buy my glasses online (they do that in Australia too), but I wear graduated glasses and have poor eye sight so I have to get them at a proper store. But SpecSavers is great. They've made it more competative, and glasses are cheaper than a few years ago.
