I'm not superstitious, however, I'm convinced one of my kids walked on a crack to break their mama's back!! :)

  7. I really don't have a favorite.. but if I did I guess it would have to be that it causes labor to start

  8. Unlucky to spill salt. If you do, you must throw it over your shoulder to counteract the bad luck.

  9. Supposedly, Friday the 13th is the most widespread superstition. There is even a clinical diagnosis: Paraskevidekatriaphobics — people afflicted with a morbid, irrational fear of Friday the 13th...I dont believe in any superstitions, but I think a funny one is Hotels eliminating the 13th floor...perpetuating an old superstition.

  11. I'm pretty superstitious about the number 13 in general. I know it's irrational, as are all superstitions, but there ya have it :) Thanks for doing this!

  14. I use to be a little superstitious about the black cat, breaking a mirror, walking with someone & letting a pole etc split the 2 of you up,but now it doesn't really bother me that bad. I do have to admit though our neighborhood is over ran by cats & quite a few times I have been walking or driving & had a black cat before me hesitating where it was going & I couldn't help, but think to myself please don't run out & cross in front of me.lol Now thinking I still have a slight issue with that I suppose I am a little superstitious.

  16. I think the psychology of Friday 13th effects a lot of people, so I try not to travel on those days not because of superstition but because I think it effects people who do believe.
